Q. What is TRMPI?

Ans: Launched in the year 2015, TRMPI is soon emerging as India's upcoming online store in India for boys and girls clothing wear right from the age of 2 years to 10 years.

Ans: Irrespective of the presence and availability of numerous brands for children clothing wear, TRMPI understands the gap which the Indian masses are experiencing while they are making an online purchase for their children wear. Ans: TRMPI office is situated in Delhi. However, we ship all the deliveries PAN India.

Q. What are the products that are available at TRMPI?

Ans: TRMPI is an online store, currently dealing in children wear products. Our competent team of designers, stylists and managers at TRMPI has produced splendid, elegant and aesthetically sound clothing wear for children in the age group of 2 years to 10 years of age. Q. Are you planning for some more products in the time to come?

Ans: Yes, we are definitely planning to come up with some more products in categories like Men's Wear, Ladies Wear, etc.


Product Packaging and Delivery :


Q. In which states or cities are you delivering the products?

Ans: We are shipping the deliveries Pan India. We can take orders from any part of the country and ship it. Currently we are not shipping our products overseas. However our website is readily visible and people sitting overseas can easily make an order to get it delivered in India itself.

Q. Product Delivery Options

Ans: We have three different types of categories for delivering the products according to which our charges also differ.

Q. Express/Quick Delivery

Ans: Express or Quick Delivery takes a period of one to two days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) from the date you have made the order. Since we need to borne the special charges of delivering via FedEx or BlueDart, we will charge INR 100/- for the same.

Q. Standard/Regular Delivery

Ans: Standard or Regular Delivery takes a period of 5 to 7 business days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) or might take a little more time depending upon the location at which the order needs to be shipped. Moreover, we definitely communicate the delivery time via SMS or Email. There is no delivery charge for this.

Q. Is there a need to register before I place an order?

Ans: Well you can directly make an order and get your order shipped at your furnished address. However, we suggest you to make an account by registering with us. This will benefit you greatly. We will regularly update you with new alerts, offers, upcoming trends, etc. Also it will be easy to maintain purchase order history for the same too.

Q.Can I place an order for different products at a time and provide different delivery address?

Ans:TRMPI can only accept one delivery address for single order. Hence in case you need to get multiple products delivered at different addresses, then you need to make separate purchase order for the same.

Q.What if I am not available while delivery?

Ans:In case you are not available at the time of delivery, our attendant will contact you on the number mentioned and get your available time for the same. We suggest you to provide your contact number so that it is easy for us to communicate in such a situation.

Q.Can I get my delivery address changed?

Ans:Yes you can definitely get your shipping or delivery address changed provided we have not shipped your product from our end. You can connect with our representatives by calling our customer care number to make a request for address change OR drop a email.

Q.What are the charges added in the bill?

Ans:The prices mentioned in the bill are excluding the delivery charges. The bill contains product cost and other government levied charges like VAT, etc. We charge delivery costs once you have provided your shipping address and type of delivery required.

Q.What if I have received the product in the damaged condition?

Ans:In case, on receiving you immediately find it to be in damaged condition, then immediately contact us for the same and inform about the condition. However, if you find it in damaged condition after unpacking it, then please feel free to connect with us for the same. For more details on returns, refunds and exchanges, read our Returns Policy.

Q.How can I track the status of my order?

Ans:By simply logging into your My Account section you can immediately check all the details with respect to purchase, order, delivery status, etc. You can also get in touch with our customer care representatives who will be more than happy to help you out.

Payment :


Q.How do you accept the payment?

Ans:TRMPI believes in the convenience of their customers and hence facilitates and accepts the following modes of payment:

  • Debit Card
  • Credit Card
  • Net Banking
  • Cash on Delivery (C.O.D) (Available on select pincodes)

Q.How can the Cash on Delivery option work?

Ans:In cash on delivery, you simply need to pay once the product reaches at your door step.

Q.What needs to be done if the payment fails?

Ans:In such a case, we advise you to check the details that you have entered are accurate or not. Even if it is still failing, then it is advisable to go for Cash on Delivery. Please check the delivery status for the same too. If payment gets deducted from your account, then it will be credited back to your account within 14 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) post receiving the confirmation from the bank. In case you still feel the need to clarify, then connect with us on our Customer Service Number or drop in a mail to us.

Q.Is there any hidden charge to be paid?

Ans:No, there is no hidden charge. We provide a detailed order summary wherein only the product cost and government taxes are charged.


Returns, Exchanges and Refunds


Q. What is the returns, exchange and refund policy in your company?

Ans:We suggest you to please take a note of this from our Returns Policy.

Q. Will I need to bear the costs if I raise a request for return or exchange?

Ans:No, at TRMPI you need not bear any costs with respect to shipping or delivery while returning or getting the product exchanged.
